Overall good stay. Quick check-in, the normal hold on your credit card. The shower pressure was terrible though and it didn't matter if I showered in the evening or morning - absolutely abysmal. The breakfast was good however and had some high tech coffee thing which a lot of People were using. They offered a turkey sausage and regular sausage and plenty of sitting areas. Overall very clean.
There is nothing I can complain about. The location is very nice and convenient, right by the airport, restaurants, mall, and there is a casino about 2 blocks away. The area feels very safe enough to leave my car doors unlocked and windows down. The staff is extremely friendly great, they are willing to help in every way and will provide recommendations. The staff will always greet you. Louis, Franklin, and Erika are God sent faces to see after a long day. I have stayed at this location more than 10 times so far this year, and it's a reason why I always come back to this specific location.
I stayed for 2 nights at Holiday Inn Express and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful each morning. Highly recommended!
Everything and everyone was perfect at this hotel. My room was nice and clean and everyone was sooo nice. Louis was sooo nice and friendly when I called before I even checked in and he was very respectful. Once I arrived I interacted with Nelsa and Franklin and both of them were so nice, friendly and professional. I will definitely stay at this location again when I return.
Honestly this hotel is wonderful and exactly where you should stay if you're traveling in or out of BWI. The rooms are clean and affordable and the employees are very kind and helpful. The 24 hour airport shuttle is a lifesaver. Breakfast in the morning is great (and one morning we were leaving before breakfast started and the kind woman at the front desk made us a togo breakfast bag.) Highly recommend, it was a pleasure to stay here. We will stay here again next time we are flying out of BWI.
Fabulous hotel. Beat all the hotels in area. Really top notch breakfast. Amazing customer service. Stayed 10 days. I was worried about longer stay but honestly, it was the best stay at Holiday Inn Express. I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express hotels all over the country and never had a problem! This hotel really tops the list. I will definitely be back. Great location! Thank you for you making it feel like a home away from home!!
We visited Holiday Inn West by BWI and we met Joshua Lewis, Maria, Ellen and Johnny and we had a fabulous visit. We slept like babies and they helped us get to the airport on time. We will be back again and see our new family.
Great stay for a great price. Was in town for a wedding for one night. Shuttle tip: Let the staff know when you check in that you will need the shuttle at a certain day or time and they will schedule it for you in advance. Room was well kept and clean, just some extra moisture / humidity in the room that could be addressed.
